capital ship special powers

Is there a way to control which powers a capital ship uses and when?

I've noticed that my cap ship will not always use the best powers on the best ships... or at least not according to my strategy.

You can right-click on the ability icon to turn off the autocast and select your targets manually. That's your only option if you want to call the targets yourself.
