I had an excellent 4-hour 3v3 game last night on ICO playing the new Ancient Gifts map. It was definitely different from other maps and a LOT of fun, and one of the big things I have been looking for in SoaSE (my other favorite map is Voruk's Labyrinth, so you might know where I'm coming from in terms of play style). Thanks to whoever designed it, and I really look forward to more similar maps in the future.

I do have one comment, though - the game description mentions you found an artifact near your homeworld, but searching around, nobody on my team found one. I got the impression it was supposed to be an artifact which granted the ability to travel through wormholes, especially since one was added to the .entity files.

And of course, a wishlist item - map auto-download would be very nice in 1.1, to make custom maps more popular.
