Hi, I purchased SOASE a while back and registered under the username BarlowBrad. I was previously able to download patches and post on the forums, but somehow I can't log in under that name anymore. I've tried having the password sent to my email address but when it is sent I get this message:

The password field is blank! I tried signing up for a new account under BarlowBrad, but I couldn't. I tried signing up for this temporary account with my real email address, but was unable to do that because that email address was already connected to my BarlowBrad account that has a blank password.
I don't know what the best process would be, deleting the BarlowBrad account so I can sign up again, resetting the password so I can set it again or what. I purchased my game and have the serial number, please help me know what to do so I can have my BarlowBrad username and update my game!
