I purchased the game yesterday. I had to open up the window in the DVD drive to launch the setup. Auto launch did not work. The Game installed OK and I went through the 1st 2 tutorials from the main screen, then tried some gameplay. OK so far.
When I tried to lauch the game this morning I got a message that the launcher has failed along with an error window.
I updated drivers and ran some registry diagnostics. I still cannot get the game to launch, but it shows up on the task bar.
I checked the forum and downloaded the 1.05 patch. Still won't launch. The only way I can play it is after it is re installed from the DVD and I get the opening screen.
I have tried looking for a tech support e-mail address or phone #, and haven't seen anything yet.
I have seen a few posts about uninstalling, and doing the digital download. The only download is at the store site, and I don't want to pay for it again. Can someone give me some direction.
