Signup for updates? form not allowing my email?

Hey all

Im hoping this community can help me with a problem im having. My twin brother gave me this game and said it sucks, he doesnt remember any of his account info but I have the original box and serial.. Ive tried putting in new info and the serial but it wont let me make an account to get the newest patch and maps. Any help?

If he already registered it, it can't be reregistered. He can recover his password though if he at least remembers which email he used, by entering the email in the box at the support site or by contacting [email protected]. Once the login details are recovered, he can hand it over and change the email/password to yours.
