Odd seam in skybox/starfield

I am getting an annoying seam on the skyboxes in game. Not a game breaker but rather a mood killer. This game looks so good and this damn seam is killing the mood for me I have found a link for the exact same case of starfield seamage someone else posted on the Stardock forums here...

Sadly thats the only other example that I can find. Like this fellow I am also running VISTA but at a res of 1680x1050. Any suggestions or similar examples that have been fixed would be really apreciated. thanks.

Is there a place I can get a better idea of whats happening? This forum just seems like a place for players with issues to just fend for themselves. Not that that isn't constructive. I was just hoping that my post would attract some sort of attention. It's rather hard to think I am the only person with this issue that's being vocal about it.
