ironclad online password issue

I just installed sins on a 2nd computer and am trying to play from this one. When I try to log into ironclad online I always get an "Incorrect Password" error message. I've had no issues with this account previously. My password as given by the password recovery does not work.

The ICO account is different from the Stardock/forum account - did you create one specifically for ICO and that one is giving you incorrect password, or are you trying to use your Stardock one?

i re-installed sins of a solar empire on my computer and seem to have forgotten my password for my log in, is their anyway to reset it?
