Game won't Intall

I bought the game and tried to install it. After I hit easy install it says error then finish. I registered with Stardock and tried again. Still getting error. I looked for the full game download referred to in another post. I have been unable to find it. Is my disc no good or what? A link to the full download would also be helpful. Thanks
