Where is my LAUNCH ICON???

I Bought this game at a Retail Store and Registered the game but for some reason after I install and it plays fine,but after I shut down the game for awhile and come back I am unable to find THE LAUNCH ICON, Have to REINSTALL are YOU KIDDING ME??? FRUSTRATED SORRY! Then I am seeing something about down loading the full game, What? I only have dial-up where I am. It would take 4-ever SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!

What's so confusing? I really don't understand your problem. You bought the game, and you installed it. That's about it. Just run it (directly from the .exe file) or from the Start Menu (or from the Games Explorer if you have Vista). It should be installed in the default "C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\Sins of a Solar Empire" directory.

By the way, caps don't help in getting someone to help you.

And don't forget to patch it - run the download overnight or something (since you have dial-up).

Yes, it is somewhat odd for them to not give the option for a desktop shortcut (especially since the game doesn't require a disk), but I think that you let yourself get carried away in the excitement of the matter.

There is/was no reason to reinstall, as was mentioned above you could have run it from the start menu (you did check that, right?), or you could have created a shortcut from either the start menu link or directly from the exe.
