[MOD] Entok Militia Released

Entok Militia is designed to add variety to the local militias in the center of SINS
galaxies.  It is a first step in giving individual identity to each of the local
militias, so it will require more strategy to annex the center of the map.

 The Entok is playable in this version so you can immediately see the fleet setup,
and to learn their strengths and weaknesses by playing with the fleet (and so I could
implement the design and fix all those little things that come up when messing with
the code).

  The Entok ships are designed so that they need the central command or the control
ship to function with any effectiveness, and are otherwise too underpowered to go
against even a small task force of TEC ships.  The only thing of real power the Entok
have is their shield charging system built into the destroyers.  Each one can put two
shield points into another ship, costing one antimatter unit.  It says eleven, but that
is to keep the destroyers from using their power in the absence of a control ship,
which makes the central command and control ships an even more vital target.

There are two versions, one with the Entok playable by humans and the other only has
Entok as Local Militias, and the only difference besides a few deleted files is the
ability for Entok Uplink is handled differently to accomodate Control Ships...

   There are a couple dozen files with "Entok" in the filename, and are mostly stock
SINS files with just a few modifications.  Whenever I could, I made a new file so as
not to mess with normal features of the game.

These are the files that needed direct changes and will cause problems when merging:

In GAMEINFO Folder:
   Explosions                    (Added 2 nice explosions used by Entok ships)
   GalaxyScenarioDef             (of course, tons of small changes)

In String:
   English                       (of course, all new ones at bottom of file)
                                 (All other changes are only for preference)

In Window:
   Colors                        (Player colors)

All the rest have "Entok" somewhere in the filename...
There are new ENTOK files in these folders:
GameInfo
Window
Mesh

   All files in the Textures Folder are Stock SINS files that have been stripped of
their alpha channel layer (or Transparent Color Zero information, whichever it is)
that causes Planet Transparency problems on some (my) computers.

     This is only for preference...   ...as it fixes my planet visuals.

   If this ruins your planet visuals, then delete the Textures folder...

   If it fixes your planets and you want to do the same to all your files, then
convert the DDS (cl) files to Bitmap format, and back to DDS format...

Great stuff, I was hoping that someone would bring out a mod to strengthen the local militia. Could this mod be incorporated in 7 Deadly Sins?

This militia wasn't really designed to be stronger, but with all the new mods with stronger races (starwars, new pirates, etc), it would be good for balance to make them at least somewhat tougher to compensate...

It seems that 20 Entok ships aren't enough to defend their planet, but 50 put up a good fight for a while... I wish they could replenish their forces to original levels with a factory or something, to keep them fighting longer...

I'm putting in a second militia now, it's designed to be somewhat opposite of the Entok and will fill in gaps that the original races have...

Ships should not only have positive abilities, but should sometimes have negative abilities, like making them capturable and such...

I'll try not to spoil the surprise...
