Colonization Events - On First Planet?

Has anyone ever recieved a colonization event on the first planet you colonize? It seems like it doesn't ever happen to me, since the 'we are colonizing new worlds' cut-scene plays. Because of this, I try not to land on the 'best' planet first (in case I get a PQ bonus). Anyone else seeing this happen?

I have never had an event on my first world either.

Start11 - Customize the Start Menu and Taskbar in Windows 10/11.

Yes, no bonuses in all the games I've played so far.
I do the same thing and not land on my best planet if possible.
