Profile Picture Error?

I have come across a rather mindboggling problem here at https://www.sinsofasolarempire.com/ . Everytime I attempt to upload a picture of mine to my profile, I always get the "Egads! The gremlins in the server have stolen the page you were looking for! They're really quick, so we couldn't catch them. We tried, honest." error message from this web site (which, by the way, made me laugh my butt off the first time I saw it). I know that the issue is not my computer, because I have even formated my hard drive and reloaded the OS, but it still gives me that same error. If any of you out there could help me, it would be much appriciated.  :NOTSURE:

It's a long shot, but if it's acting up here, you might also try logging in at one of our other sites such as forums.wincustomize.com and doing it there. Failing that, contact [email protected] about it; they can help or if there's something broken, they can pass word to the appropriate parties.
