Icon Sizing Issues

Maybe someone here can help me. I really like having large icons on my desktop, but I don't like the huge icons filling up my start menu. It looks gross.

I'm only running Styler. I have no other skinning/customizing programs. Can anyone help me to keep my icon size on my desktop, but make them smaller in the menu?

Oh, and I AM running XP, I just like how Vista looks. It's a skin.
