2 Problems i need help with

i have 2 major problems when playing this game

1)i cannot enter cd key (says invalid cd key)

2)i am every 5 minutes receiving minidump's and i have read every single friggin page on how to fix minidump's and nothing works. it makes me so frigin furious :( im running version 1.5 if it helps 

ill upload all my minidump thingos and a dxdiag if som1 also tells me how to do it

Give us time, we're a little slow somedays ;) 
For the CD key issue, I would reccomend talking to one of the Stardock or Ironclad members (you can see them wandering around here quite often. Actually, an IC responded to my post, so you can ask him that way.)
For the minidumps, I would reccomend the same thing as above, since you say that you've already tried everything on the forums.

AS for the CD key issue you can email [email protected]. They are real good at helping everyone out and should be able to resolve your issue quickly.

If you truly have read all of those threads, I'm sure you already know...


1. Attempting to continue a save-game from a previous game-version will cause the game to "mini-dump" (crash).

2. Attempting to play replays from previous game-versions will also cause the game to "mini-dump" (crash).

3. Some MOD's seem to also be having an adverse affect on SINS (might be due to some MOD's still using older versions of files etc.)


...but just in-case in all of the reading you've done to solve your issue you missed those three points, I reiterated them here for you. :)

As far as the CD-key goes, make sure you're entering the "-" (dashes) and swapping O's for O's.....other than that please contact [email protected]

well thx for your help but im still no closer to fixing the mindumps (have sent a support e-mail + still waiting for reply)and monk i did surf the forums so i do know that saves arent bakwards compatible
