ICO Login

I cannot log in to ICO. The login screen comes up, account name correct & password corect but it just sits there when I hit the login button, which is greyed out after clicking.  No action on it for 15 minutes now.

Anyone know what is going on?

Ah, i've got the same thing. I'm guessing they must be having issues with their server(s).

Yeah I am dealing with the same issue. Was worried I had done something wrong but glad it aint just me. Must be the servers.

I have a bad feeling that nobody is monitoring the servers out of office hours (professional service and all that). In other words the fix may take 10 minutes to apply (probably just restarting something) but someone is only going to get around to applying it on Monday morning.

Alternatively they could just be battling this issue for the past 3-4 hours with no success yet choose to not notify their customers in any way but rather just let us get upset.

If only there was an alternative to SOASE and IC/Stardock...

There were numerous threads on the subject, and I did comment on the issues in some of them with apologies. Both times ICO went down Sunday we worked to resolve the issue as soon as we were made aware of the situation.
