I give up with your technical support team

They are impossible to contact, dont give me [email protected] or i will beat you down, as no one there cares about my problem at all.  So why don't you guys get your acts together, and start serving the people who triple the suggested specs, and start fixing the minidumps.  I can't contact anyone about my issues reguarding problems with ICO, and, the rare occasions i can get on without difficulty, a minidump is not far behind, stalking at every corner.

So basically, thanks for nothing!!!!

I suggest that he learn how to use IRC and get on the #stardock channel on irc.Stardock.com. I've chatted with the developers and support folks there before. I've received fast and friendly support that way. It's sad that so few people are IRC literate today.

Well, not hard to tell this player is frustrated.

So... what was the problem exactly anyways? That's a detail that might have helped to have included in the post.

Issues outside of accounts and installation with Sins should go to [email protected], not to Stardock support. As implied by others though, in either case the offices are closed on weekends so if you have an issue at that time, the earliest you can expect a response from email support is on the following Monday.
