Stupid question, but...

Where do I build LEV construction ships? I can't find them on the "planet menu". My colonies only come with 1 of them, witch makes building structures very tiring!

You can't build them, they come with the colony ;). Researching your colony upgrades will get you more constructors, to a max of 4 I believe.

Logistics and Tactical both give you extra constructors at their various stages (it will show in the infocard if you're getting one).

I don't remember if the population upgrade does or not, though.. been a long time since I paid attention :P

It doesn't - only the tactical and logistics ones do

Generally logistical will give you one extra (and only one) and each tactical upgrade will also give you one per upgrade, to get 4 (going on memory for the last bit).

I believe if you also upgrade your planet health, or what ever its called in game, it will occasionally give you another construction ship. I've noticed on occasion that after upgrading one of my main defense locations, I'll see another little ship hanging around...

I may be wrong, but I think it's possible ;)

But yeah, in general, logistics and tactical upgrades will give you more ships. This is really useful if your trying to throw together 5-6 ship yards in a hurry ;)

It won't. One of the random planet bonuses you can find from exploring does give an extra one, though.
