Someone help me please

serial code is lame

ummmm hello my fello Sinners....i really need sometime of help....everytime i try to put my serial code in it comes back as invalid.....ive tryed and checked a GAZILLION times.....please, for the love of god....help me! and the galaxy forge wont work for me either but i think it has something to do with my serial code.....

Dude, (or Dudette), I had the same problem and their support peeps got me up and running. In fact, a LOT of peeps had that problem but it seems to be (mostly) straightened out now. Yeah, what he said, contact support.

You're not placing the letter "O" instead of the number zero "0" or vice versa are you? Iv'e done that soooooo many times. But yeah like the_Monk said

You are also required to put the - in the code, e.x.12345-34525 that threw me off as well.

Did you check your spam filters? I know Stardock is good at replying to support mails. He might kill me, but also you can send Seabass a forum PM, he's one of the support guys and he's active on the forums.
