hi i am new in sins of a solar empire mod, but i can't find how and where? i have the reference data, and i want to add a new race, based on a previouse race but want it to be diffrent in names, stats and ability's which i allready modefied, is there a tutorial somewhere? or can some one point me to the right place?
and if any one can help me is there a way to make a ship jump from planet to planet withought them being connected other then a phase gate device? just normaly? like they are special?
