Bug in XSI?

Well I have no clue why, but all of a sudden, I have been having this odd little bug...  I wish to rotate an object around the x axis lets say.  But the rotation tool won't allow it.  The little circular bar thing is not highlighted and it does nothing.  The only one that works is the z axis.  Is this really a bug or something I did?  Also I have tried quiting the program and reopening it, as well as reseting my computer.

Oh something that might help is that if I open a new scene, that one doesn't work correctly either...  This leads me to think its not a bug and something I did but I just don't know...

You probably locked it to that axis, I don't use XSI but I think the XYZ buttons on the right lock the axis, are they pressed?

Yeah, look on the Transform panel to your right, and adjust your rotation constraints by toggling the appropriate buttons.
