Capture extractor?

Sorry for the newb question, everyone -- I've searched high-and-low for the answer. How do I capture an undefended, "neutral" extractor? i.e.- I find an asteroid field with crystal and metal asteroids that say "capturable" or whatever. I can't seem to figure out how to make them mine! Much appreciated!

Take common colonization frig.

Move frig to 'roid belt.

Press the button next to colonize.

Click on an extractor.

Keep in mind, this takes anti-matter.

Except for Vassari - this ability belongs to their scout ship and uses more anti-matter then the colony ship

Also, the performance of these capturable extractors much better than those you build around your planets.

So take them if you can, they are really valuable.
