Thanx for the advice Monk i tried the driver thing got the latest updates from the manufacturers, I even went and exchanged the game disk for another in case it was a game software issue, and i also downloaded impulse and got the game update, my game still freezes in the menu section for selecting game type or i might get as far as the beginning set up for the world or system then it freezes, like about 40 seconds of actual game time. I s there anything else besides checking for firewall or viruses, which ive also done, that i can do to get the game to run normally on my comp?
