Convertxsi help (sorry)

i couldnt find anypost that would help me i have windows xp and when i run command promt it starts with
C> then i typ in cd C:\Documents and Settings\Owner.James\Desktop\SINS MODDING\ConvertXSI and it tells me to many parameters- and
then i type it again
C> cd C:\Documents and Settings\Owner.James\Desktop\SINS MODDING\ConvertXSI mesh1.xsi mesh1.mesh
and it tells me to many parameters - mesh1.xsi
wtf i need help

It kinda creeped me out. but i guess its nice...Oh and Im planning to creat a tutrial on how to creat models, texture and convert to mesh. Hopefully ppl in fututure wont ask same questions.
