The icons on the top right are AveDesk, which is a desktop enhancer that puts interactive icons, widgets, etc on your desktop.

Once, you've set it up, read thebasics.
P.S: The first hard drive icon in AveDesk [top right] is the standard Mac HD icon which you can find at deviantArt or here. Just search around.
Also, those two icons on the top left corner are the standard icons for the apps. The top is uTorrent, and underneath is something barely visible
