Finishing Saved Games

Bug or Anti-abuse?

So I love doing comp stomps either by myself or with others.  When I play by myself I rarely have time to finish it so I quit and never get the win or loss.  But when I save them and finish them it doesn't count it in my statistics.  It's sorta frustrating to play a four hour game without it counting the win (or loss I guess).  Is this a bug or is it so people don't save games near the end and replay them a bunch of times to get the wins? Can it be so that it only counts it once?  Hopefully someone on the team or some other person can answer this question.

What game are you talking about?

You posted this in the general forum, so we have no idea if you're talking about GalCiv, GalCiv2, Sins, Pac-Man, Peek-A-Boo, or Barbie Horse Adventures.
