Cant get the downloaded mods to showup/work

Well I played the game a few weeks, Enjoy it much... Tried getting online and it gives me "disconected from ironclad" message when i try to login... So I gave up trying to have some online play...

Besides that, i went out of the game update link, and i got a version 1.5 now i believe.. so... Looking on whatelse I can do to have some fun with this game I stumbled upon a very promicing feature -"mods!" So, I went through a link this site provided for modding. It shows 5 pages of some mods. I picked the ones I wanted to try (beefed up capitals and extra planet types mods) Downloaded them, and couldnt figure out where to stick the files for it to work. I read through the forums and after a failed attempt, found a post where it told me to go in the game, options, mods, and mod file path... It told me a location that I couldnt even see (with hidden alowed) i manually typed the location and extracted the folder there. (the file path is this for me: c:\users\hp_administrator\appdata\local\ironcladgamessins of a solar empire\mods) just as it said in forums.. *Except manually I wasnt able to find them at all*

IT WORKED! ....so i thought... After loading the game the mod list is stil very empty :( I restarted my pc even still nothing.. Maybe the mods i got are out dated for version 1.5? If so where can I find the up to date ones? Im very disapointed on how difficult this is... Dont know what else to do.. Help guys!!!

Should look like this:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods\mod name\mod folders such as GameInfo, etc.

I'm assuming you are using Vista.

Yes Im. My biggest mistake is to use Vista. :D
Thank you for a quick reply bud! I got it figured. It was a fault on my part. I copied the path it gave yet did not include the space between "ironclad games" hehe Love the mods! But I wonder, is there any website that has any other mods than the one listed? Again thank you much!

Vista is awesome. You just don't realize it yet.

Mods can be found through a link under the downloads tab, or here.
