This is how to cheat it:

C: USERS / NAME / APPDATA / LOCAL / IRONCLAD GAMES / SINS OF A SOLAR EMPIRE / SETTINGS / ACHIEVEMENTS.achievements

Open it with word and change the FALSE to TRUE, on whatever achievement you want.

Well I dont actually cheat it, it takes out the enjoyment of the message popping up ingame saying CONGRATS! But I posted it for those who do wanna suck all the fun out of it :P

Since all are secrets are given away already... yeah it's just a rarity. Just gives you the achievement. Apparently it's an inside joke from the Sins beta.
