How good is pervasive economy against 9 AIs?

Title says it all, I'm TEC and I just researched the Pervasive Economy but honestly, I didn't notice that MUCH of a boost (I researched the 2 lvls of the spell btw). Maybe I'm just not noticing it. Is it because I'm playing against 9 AIs instead of human players (they're on Hard lvl) What are people experiences with it?

um...you get funds from everything they spend...they dont have to use the black market.
