what should i do i'm having problems

well i'm trying to mad and i have gotten all the stuff that i need and when i'm working on the stuff all the text programs i open the stuff in wont save it right i dont know what to do so if anyone cold make any sugestions they think would help me i would apreachiate it

mmm depends on os i think but some you have to actually goto the file properties and remove read-only save then re-apply read-only?
