Help with Oficer Training

I am obviously missing something here. I need to create more capital ships. I seem only to be able to build one. The helps says, and the fleet logistics say, get 'Basic Officer Training'. The only thing I can find on the chart is 'Basic Crew Training', and having got that researched it doesn't make any difference.

It must be me!

Can anybody help?

What you just researched allows you to train your capitals one level higher with credits.

The research you're looking for can be found on the third research tab/category. I think it's symbol is the 3 green triangle symbol thingy :P.

Okay, it's actually the tab which says fleet logistics.

Also, you may need to research fleet supply to get enough for the additional caps.
