well so i ripped open the package and i played  for hours and its an awesome game..but when i tried to enter the Sins cd key code it kept denying it..so for some reason i can't figure it out.. please someone direct me to the cd code..and has anyone else had this problem???

By denying do you mean saying it's not valid or that it's already in use? In any case, [email protected] handles all the cd key issues, they'll help you out.

it says i have no products registerd with them but when i did download stardock it said that the Sins game isn't registered w/ them...but it makes sense since i bought it at Wal-Mart. right?? there is a code on the inside of the package titled PC SINS SOLAR CODE STKR and the numbers go like XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX but when i enterd it in the iron clad it couldn't accept it......

you have to put the "dashes" in when you type the key. i had the same problem

to patch the game, you must have a registered copy. ;p

To patch to 1.05, you can download a standalone update. (Google or something, I don't remember where it is.)

To go beyond 1.05, such as the current 1.1 Beta patch, you have to use Impulse from impulsedriven.com and register the game through there.

the 'official' way to patch to 1.05 is to register the game, click the 'update game' button in the in-game main menu, and then sign-in to this site, and download it. it was supposed to stop piracy, by making sure you have an official game via the cd-key, to get updates.
