[BUG] Uncolonizable planet extractors not a target for AI

The AI doesn't seem to care about extractors you capture in non-colonizable territories, they just leave them alone throughout the entire game (at least on random)

I've noticed that as well. Even Hard ai's ignore it. Its always fun to send a colony frig half way across the galaxy, colonize the mine, and watch the colony frigate be chased and destroyed by an enemy capital, while the mine is perfectly fine under your control.

Yeah they need to adjust that part of the ai. Its needs to see neutral mines as a higher priority then it does. Its just such a huge lead. They do it on insane too which is silly. Insane is getting 2x resources they should want those mines more then ever.

2 hours into a game I finally saw an unfair ai Vasari scout take a neutral.  I was shocked!  Improve the priority of neutral capture, particularily for the Vasari as it entails much less risk.

All the above points are valid, as well as the fact that neutral extractors are not affected by the distance from your home planet. You get the default rate, plus any research bonus no matter how far away from your capital.
