Yes I did freeze the model again.
When converting from XSI to mesh I get:

Bounding Information Calculated - Radius:3.46

Im asuming this represents it's size, even if I enlarge it in the mod tools, freeze it and then export it ,the radius only increases by 1.00 or soo,and ive made it huge.

Also when editing ENTITY files, how do I save them to ENTITY format, cause they get converted if I use notepad to TEXT files?

Sometimes exporting a model to an .obj format and then importing it into a fresh scene in XSI and then exporting it into .xsi format for conversion helps. One of my ships had a simmilar problem (it was too elongated along one axis) and this is how I fixed it.

The 3D programs designed for general modding seem to be clashing with the SOASE format, but once you get it working, you can just do the same thing that works over and over.

The bounding radius represents the stopping point for zooming and helps with collision detection for ships and structures. The position data in the verticies determines the location of points in the object.

An automatic resizing program that directly resizes the meshes without the need to import/export the file would be useful right about now.
