multiplayer trouble

can't get in

alright I have an online acount but everytime I log in nothing happens I don't get online, well I don't know how to explain what happened so I took a picture

Click "add player" and enter the name of the ONLINE PERSONA you wish to use. You will then find yourself in the LOBBY.
