Won't Install Correctly on my Laptop

But works on my desktop

I recently went to college and wanted to install this game on my laptop.  My laptop is a Dell 1530 dual core 8600 nVidia.  I think it has 3 gb of RAM.  So it should work no problems.  However when i installed it it kept on saying many files could not be found.  It gave the options to Ignore, Retry, and Abort.  I ignored it a few times but then it kept on comin back with many other files so i aborted it.  Think i should just simply clean the cd?  Or do i get my money back cause it suddenly stopped working.  (Bill of Rights says i can get my money back if a game doesn't work or something like that)

Make sure the demo is uninstalled. You can also download Impulse from impulsedriven.com, register your game in there, then install through Impulse.

no demo, but i guess ill try that, thanks, hope it works, but the cd is at college and im home now with my laptop so gonna try in a few days :D

If you don't mind installing on your laptop, you can go to https://www.stardock.com/support/ and get the email with your registration code and then get and use Impulse. No CD required.
