[bug]? My hud flashes black. . . .

My hud flashes black for about ten seconds everytime I am being warned about an attack i noticed. Is this normal? I cant imagine it is, and if it is, that is stupid. . . .Any patches for this game being worked on yet anyway?

Is this normal?

No. Make sure the game is patched and video drivers are updated from the card manufacturer's website.

The game is currently on 1.05, although there is the 1.1 Beta (1.09) available through Impulse from impulsedriven.com.
