I know my Vista and how to work it, which is why the littlest things will bug me if I don't know how to control them... so here is my question:

I have an object dock at the bottom of my screen, and the Vista toolbar on top with auto-hide. Love that set-up. When I used to scroll over the Vista toolbar to bring it up it used to have this smooth entry animation. But now, when I hover my cursor over it, it just appears as a whole without that animation. And that bug the crap out of me. Any idea how do I fix that? (If you can get it.) I would be eternally grateful. Thank you.
