Vasari unable to colonise neutral extractors

I have noticed that the Vasari are no longer allowed to colonise the neutral extractors around the map. Their colong ships dont have the option anymore, but the TEC and Advent ones do. Why is that? Is it a bug or just a change?

yep I found this out the hard way... took 2 days for me to figure that out... kind of a pain of you ask me, scouts are for scouting, navigators are for capturing... would also be nice to allow the colonizing cap ships the ability to do it as well.

Its better this way. Colonly Frigates are weak and slow. At least Scouts are fast enough to escape danger on their way to the mines.
