Unable to download game updates

Although internet play and CD serial number works fine with online play

I am unable to download game updates.Everytime I put the correct serial number into the website,it says that it's not a corrrect serial numbers.Please help me ASAP.My email is [email protected]

I have no problem playing online usung the supplied serial number.Only the website is not recognising my original Sins serial number.Plese help

Which website?

You need to use IMPULSE (go to www.impulsedriven.com and download it) for all game updates now.

Once you have IMPULSE installed you'll be able to update to version 1.05 (the latest NON-BETA version) or if you click the blue ORB in the upper left of IMPULSE and select "show pre-release versions" you'll be able to install the latest BETA version (version 1.095 aka version 1.1BETA)
