Graphics Card Problem?

So, I'm running Vista on a Dell Latitude D820; I installed SOaSE fine, saw the introductory cinematics fine, but the menus all flicker/ have random (and rapidly changing) images on the different menu options.  I am assuming that this indicates a problem with my graphics card (NVIDIA Quadro NVS 110m), but wasn't sure.  Any thoughts?

Have you made sure you have the latest driver for your video card installed?   Keep in mind, because it's a notebook video card (and therefore proprietary to the notebook manufacturer) Nvidia may not have updates for your driver and you'll need to look for updates on the DELL site.

I had my computer check for updates, but hadn't thought to go to the dell website and go through them.  Did this earlier, and is working great now.  Thanks!
