Wasn't really sure what forum to put this in, but does anyone know of a program (preferrably low on resources) which would limit the maximum size of windows running on your desktop? What I want to accomplish is to be able to keep about 50-100 pixel border on the outside edges of windows so just my background shows up behind it, I used to be able to accomplish this with desktopX but I'd prefer to not have to install that just for that functionality.
