Missing a squad

The advent and vasari carrier caps are suppose to have 6 squads total once to level 10 and the Sova carrier is suppose to have 7 when it is fully upgraded but I played a got one to level 10 and all that carrier had was 6 squads. I got my info from the manual, so it might have changed after all these updates, but I always liked that it had more, so was it changed or is this just an error?

Alright, no one is noticing this, I personally think its a bug so how about someone else out there tell me if its suppose to have 7 squads or just 6 like everyone else and the manual is wrong.

The numbers have been re-balanced a couple times since the manual was first printed last January.
