Spy Sappin' Mah Impulse

from Sins Forums

I installed and registered Sins through Impulse on my laptop and now Im trying to put it on my desktop... and on here Impulse is telling me I dont own Sins, and the CD Key I have used is Invalid.

 

Whats the deal?!

 

edit: Oh wait, no. Something else is afoot. I've logged in as Overheal instead of 1987. Blah.

 

Hey, admin-y person! I own both Overheal and Overheal1987 - would it be possible to delete the Overheal Account (tied to my yahoo address) and have my Overheal1987 account (tied to my gmail) renamed to Overheal? So that I only have this account, named overheal, tied to my gmail account and its Sins license.

You would have to e-mail [email protected] to do the account switcharoo, they don't handle that kind of thing on the forums as a policy ;)

does it matter that the yahoo adress i registered with stardock doesnt actually exist though?

 

I registered it with stardock as a .com instead of a .co.uk and yahoo gave me a giant 2 month runaround before deciding to say fuck you its your problem and kicked me in the face with their energy legs.

 

In fairness i shouldnt have corresponded with them through my gmail. bad political move.

Well, it should be a functional e-mail addy because you do get important stuff sent there (support replies, obviously, your requested registration keys, etc). But you'd really have to talk to them, I can't say how much they care. ;)
