Hi and thanks for helping!

I purchased this game WAAAAAaaay back when it was brand new and it has been running very well.  I recently decided to upgrade it to the newest version, which required downloading the Impulse application.

So that seemed to go smoothly and then, once it was updated, the game would no longer start.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game.  This still leads to the game not starting.

I have gone into the game through the impulse control panel... no luck.

I have tried the sins launcher...  no luck.

I have gone into the program files install directory and clicked on the .exe...  no luck.

After attempting to start the game, I opened the task manager...  it appears that no application is open but a process for the exe is running.

If I let the computer sit, it doesn't act as if anything is out of the ordinary, but it still won't finish loading the game.  It appears to be stuck between me clicking it and it actually loading.

I am running windows xp and meet all of the system requirements.

Any ideas?
