Idiots list

Having played a fair bit of multiplayer over the last few months I can see the need for a new function.  Just as you can have a list of friends, you should also have a list of people you want to avoid.  This saves having to play against quitters & general DH, which this game seems to have an unusually high population of.

Punitive game features are a bad idea, mmkay? Especailly as you propose it.

Games are not a mud slinging competition. They're made for fun.

If it were to be such a list (as yeah there are some plyers who are just not fun to go against for whatever reason) I would make a block list, ya bock the person and they're no longer an issue. or maybe filter settings or something... dunno its both a good and bad idea.

There is a sort of way to spot quitters.

People with lots of games, but few results (ie.e wins/losees)m especially if they have no/few loses are often quitters. This isn't true 100%, but can be seen as a sort of rule of thumb.

e.g. 156 games (30 Wins, 2 losees) = possible quitter

234 games (123 wins, 27 loses) = non-quitter (or very good player that only quits if losing, which isn't often...)

I've only played one game on ICO and had to quit for performance issues :/ I just assume by clicking Surrender that I incurred a legitimate loss.

End of Hack78's quote

Well... you forgot that you neither get a win or a loss from a mini-dump.

Also you won't get credit when the hosts drops for any reason.

So, I think it is not wise to judge people of their scores right now, since it happens quite often.

I just checked my account and I have 60% of my games which didn't count (neither win or loss). And i am not a quitter. At least I hit surrender when game is over.

The vast majority of my "no record" games are minidumps or games that had to be ended early on because two other people minidumped, etc.
