I see stutter on my system

Hi guys!

I have tried SOASE sometime ago, and that time as now, i have the same problem! STUTTER! Yes i see my game not smooth as almost the game i have ( a similar mmorpg is eve online, very very smooth game).

 

So i have installed latest beta patch and it's the same...

 

You say.. operating system? Yes i have Vista 64 bit home premium BUT i have windows xp with sp3 on my second hard drive, and so i'm installing it on xp (but i saw the same problem)

Maybe i can fix it trought nvidia control panel? Maybe are dx 10 with vista? but so.. the same problem on xp! Why?

My system is :

 

Q 6600 intel

Msi p6n platinum (nvidia 650 sli with latest driver for chipset in xp and vista)

Geforce 8800 gtx (768 Mb ram)

4 gb ram corsair

2 hd (500 Gb and 200 gb Sata II)

Someone can help me? maybe fix the nvidia driver...

Update after SOASE is under windows xp :

 

The game is smooth... i can say very smooth... but i would fix the issue under windows vista 64 bit sp1..

 

Someone know how i can solve? Please stay away who say "remove vista" :-)

 Vista is a good op syst.. i'm in trouble only with this game

Ehm... sorry.. last thing..

 

I have see this stutter (and so that the game is not smooth) in the tutorial... i have to try real game with real conflict... i will start with small map

It might simply be the 64-bit OS...?

 

The drivers you have, are you SURE they are the 64-bit drivers? For ALL of your Hardware?

Yes mate! The driver is alla for 64 bit of vista SO, i was a technician sometime ago :-).

 

I don't know if is the graph engine of the game... i have to try a small map first...

 

The problem is that the game is not smoon when i move the camera... it seems like the universe run with little step.... il try to do a video...
