Any way to change the random name lists?

Yes look in the string file

Ok Maybe I should be more specific. 

Here are the steps 

1. Open  My computer

{The following  names are for folders.}

2. Open program files 

3. Open Stardock Games 

4. Open  sins of a solar empire 

5. Open String

{End of files }

6. Copy the English STR file. (it’s the only thing in the folder)

    And put it in a safe place because if some thing goes Bad with you editing (or you just want the old names back) you can just replace the one that you edited with the backup 

7. Open the English STR file. (it’s the only thing in the folder)

OK now what you want to change  (put the name that you want the parentheses.  I.E. if you want to use the name Bob for a sun just replace Algieba with Bob)

But keep in mind this IS a random list so is you want only your names you have to cut the ones that you don’t want (like you make up 10 name for TEC cap ships Cut the rest of the names)

just wanna point out it is not in Stardock, but Kalypso folder or at least it is for me, evil vista

Yeh it will do in the UK versions at least. Seeing as Kalypso are the european distirvutors I think.
