Error Installing

I am running the following system...

Operating System: Windows Vista™ Home Premium (6.0, Build 6001) Service Pack 1

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad  CPU   Q9300  @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz

Memory: 3326MB RAM

DirectX Version: DirectX 10

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT

 

When I run the install I get an error that states it can not find the following file... E:\data\OFFLINE\CA21F9C0\3D54D676\AbilityUnstoppablePhaseJumpPhase.entity

So I looked on the disc and sure enough there is a file by that name (along with 25 other files) but it was listed at 0KB.  If I hit ignore for each of the files it could not find (again, 25 files to be exact) it would continue to install the game.

With this... I have installed this game on my Vistro Laptop which is running XP and it installed fine.  Both of my Windows OSs are up to date.

Any ideas?

1.  Visit www.impulsedriven.com and download/install IMPULSE (stardock's new digital distribution system which you will require to update the game anyway)

2.  Register your game with stardock.  (Click the "key" icon (registrations) once you're in impulse to register your game with Impulse (if it isn't showing up already)

3.  Download the full game.

can you install sins on another computer if the one it was originaly instaled on broke?
