1.11 phase inhibitors stack?

just played a game with two phase inhibitors. Enemy slow down was at 1400%.

so sheld generators stack, or is that a no?

Do repair bays/hoshiko's stack(please say yes)

same with Cap.ship abilities, like radiation bomb?

 

Sorry for the onslaught of questions, I don't have it yet and want to know what to expect.

Most of those things aren't suppose to stack and hopefully the update comes out soon. 

Just as a side note, if you repair with a repair bay and hoshiko, then you get both the repair rates added up and thats how its suppose to be...but several repair curisers on one target aren't suppose to stack...but right now they do.

Why shouldn't they?  If you're spending antimatter from multiple ships, you ought to get multiple repair buffs.

Because with maxed out mitigation, stacking even 3-4 repair cruisers can negate half a moderate fleet's worth of DPS? :P

Hrm, glad I asked then.  Wasn't thinking when I wrote that.  Thanks for the heads-up.

Edit:  Gave it a little more thought over dinner and was wondering about two things:

1.  Don't the Vasari have some support ship that's advantageous to stack an HP buff repeatedly?  If so, how does that differ from the repair ships stacking?

2.  If you have multiple repair ships overhealing a single combat ship, doesn't that leave the rest of your fleet taking more damage than they would have if the ships were spreading the repair ability around?  While I clearly see the silliness of a practically invincible ship, without the AI being able to constantly switch targets to whatever the enemy fleet was firing on, wouldn't this be a legitimate strategem for keeping a cap alive at the cost of having your fleet take more damage and lose more ships?

Anyway, I'll have to see this for myself in-game before it gets patched out.  Reading about it doesn't do as much as seeing it in action.

Yeah hoshikos do stack but only if its teh AI that does it. I had a javerlin being rep 200 HP/s once but i can'T manualy do it the AI has to do it on its own.
