Just experienced a major bug and possible use of exploit / cheat

Hi,

Just played a game and noted some strange things. I played Vasari as did one of my opponents. He was able to disable my fleet and prevent jumps with his giant egg, but not a single target rather my entire fleet. Even when his giant egg was not in the well he was still able to do this to my fleet. I asked him what he was doiong and he acknowledged it was a bug he knew about /quote "yeah I know wierd shit happens".
